Drill 12,5 cobalt with Morse fin
High-end metal drill 12,5 mm with Morse taper shank for steel, made entirely of special HSSE high-speed steel. It is a steel with a unique composition, and the cobalt contained in it (about 5%) affects better cutting properties and greater cutting capabilities. The drills we offer are designed for drilling cylindrical through-holes and blind holes. They have strong cutting edges and spiral grooves for chip removal during hole drilling, 2 central blades, and a tip angle of 118 degrees. The 12.5 cobalt metal drills in our offer are made in accordance with DIN 345, and are characterized by high cutting properties, which are particularly desirable for industrial drilling in large workshops and factories. They are characterized by high resistance to severe cutting conditions including high temperatures (up to 670 degrees C) generated during high-speed drilling. The drills are very hard and durable, and their blades are resistant to various mechanical damages such as fractures, cracks, chipping and even blunting of the blade. These are drills for alloy steels, stainless steel, acid- and heat-resistant steel, automatic steel, cast steel, gray iron and ductile iron. They are recommended for drilling machines, lathes and milling machines and CNC numerical machine tools.
