Professionalmetal drill 19 cobalt drill bit with Morse taper shank for steel, designed for making through-holes and blind holes with a section of 19 mm. It has 2 central blades, an apex angle of 118 degrees and special grooves for fast discharge of chips up the drilled hole. We offer you 19 cobalt metal drill bits on Morse taper, made according to the NWKc dimensional standard. These are uniform drills, which means they are made entirely of HSSE high-speed steel. This is a tool steel characterized by high cutting properties. They are the result of a cobalt content of about 5%, which makes them resistant to the high temperatures (up to 670 degrees) generated during high-speed cutting. The properties of HSSE steels enable high machining performance, as well as greater resistance to very harsh cutting conditions. The drill blades are resistant to cracking, breaking, chipping and even dulling. They can be used for drilling holes in parts made of alloy steel, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, acid-resistant steel, cast iron and cast steel. They are recommended for various types of machine tools, including conventional drills, lathes, milling machines and CNC-controlled numerical control machines.
