M24 through machine tapping for stainless steel
ModernM24 straight throughmachine taps - for through holes with a through shank of general purpose for cutting ordinary metric threads type M24, diameter 24 mm, with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. Made according to DIN 376, chip grooves straight. Type of the nut B - for threading through holes in materials giving short chips. The metric machine taps we offer are made of high-alloy HSSE high-speed steel with 5% cobalt (High Speed Stell). This unique material influences the quality of the taps made and also the cutting capabilities. First of all, the M24 through machine taps in question are very resistant to harsh working conditions (e.g. high temperature up to 600 degrees C). In addition, they guarantee high cutting performance, reducing the machining time of a single component. Their high quality also contributes to a significant increase in service life. Thanks to such properties, taps are suitable for machining ordinary steels, carbon steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and plastics.
