Tools of this type are designed for professional machining of very hard and hard-to-machine materials, such as: unalloyed steels (carbon), metals, non-ferrous metals, automatic steels, metal alloys (bronze, brass), non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum) and thermoplastics. The M6x0.75 blind through machine taps we offer are manufactured from special HSS (High Speed Steel). It is a tool steel with exceptional cutting properties, enabling high-performance machining that increases the number of threaded parts in a given unit of time. This influences a significant reduction in working time and better utilization of owned machining stations. In addition, the threaders in question are very resistant to severe cutting conditions and their blades are resistant to any mechanical damage (breakage, chipping). The tools are suitable for machining unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and others. M6x0.75 machine taps for steel are recommended to all professionals.
