M20 through machine tapping for stainless steel
Modern M20 straight through machine taps with through shank designed for cutting ordinary metric threads type M20, diameter 20 mm, with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. B-type nut allows threading through holes due to pushing chips down the holes, (threading nuts) in materials giving short chips. The M20 through-hole machine threader is manufactured from special cobalt HSSE high-speed steel. The addition of cobalt increases the strength of the tool and makes it possible to cut much harder and hard-to-machine materials. These include stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, acid-resistant steel, gray and drawn iron, metal sinters, steels. The metric machine threaders we offer also guarantee higher cutting efficiency and higher machining precision. With these advantages, the machine threaders in question are not only technically advantageous, but also economically beneficial. They are suitable for amateur machining as well as professional machining in large locksmith shops. They comply with DIN 376.
