The offered die have been manufactured entirely from specialized tool steel marked WS. This is a steel with exceptional mechanical properties. First of all, tools made of this steel are extremely durable and hard. They are characterized by increased resistance to harsh working conditions, as well as the ability to increase the speed of processing. Even at the resulting temperature (up to 600 degrees C), die Whitworth's tools are not subject to mechanical damage such as fracture, chipping, blunting, cracking. This not only results in a reduction of working time, but also the possibility of reducing the overall cost of machining. Proposed to you die are suitable for threading workpieces made of materials of class P1.2 - P1.3.
