Die M1,7 for manual and machine threading
High quality M1,7 x0,35 HSS threading dies, round type NHMa for cutting external metric threads. Thread size M1,7. Tools of this type are dedicated not only to small locksmith workshops, but especially to large manufacturing plants. Threads are cut in one working pass, after less than two coils (1,75 P). The metric threads offered in our store die comply with DIN 22568, the tolerance field of the made threads is 6g. They are characterized by very high resistance to harsh working conditions, and are resistant to all mechanical damage, including chipping and breaking of blades. These features are a consequence of the use of modern HSS - High Speed Steel - for the production of thread cutters. This is a specialized material characterized by very high strength and resistance to machining hard materials in ore conditions. Die intended for thread cutting in parts made of hard unalloyed steels, metals, brass, bronze, copper, aluminum, as well as hardened plastics.
