Die M36 for manual and machine threading
Professional M36 x4 HSS threading dies, round, for cutting metric ordinary NHMa threads. It is suitable for external threads of M36 diameter. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g, and the proper thread cutting is done already in the first working pass die, after less than two turns (1.75P). Die offered in our store are distinguished by their high resistance to very difficult working conditions. They enable higher machining efficiency and better accuracy of the threads being cut. They are manufactured from special high-alloy HSS - High Speed Steel. This is a steel that causes an increase in tool life, an increase in resistance to harsh conditions, as well as better quality of the tools being machined. Thanks to high-speed steel, the blades of the dies are resistant to mechanical damage such as fractures, cracks, breakages. The subject die metric is designed for threading parts made of unalloyed steels, metals, metal alloys, aluminum, copper and plastics.
