Frequently asked questions
This tool performs exceptionally well when machining steels with a maximum strength of 800 N per square millimeter, as well as aluminum and brass. We do not recommend use in steels with a hardness exceeding 40 HRC.
Accuracy class 6g represents a general-purpose fit that ensures proper assembly with nuts. It is the most commonly selected tolerance in mechanical applications and machine building.
Prepare the rod by chamfering its end, position the die at a right angle, and rotate it with gentle pressure. Regularly reverse the tool by one and a half turns and use a threading lubricant.
