Die M27 for manual and machine threading
High quality M27 x3 WS threading dies, NHMa, round for cutting external metric ordinary threads. The diameter of the threads is M27, the tolerance field of their manufacture is 6g. The die in question are made in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568, and complete thread cutting is possible already in the first working pass, after less than two coils - 1.75P nut. Special holes die allow fast and efficient chip removal. The tools we offer - die metric - are made of special WS steel. This is a special tool steel that has enhanced cutting properties that result in better threading quality. First of all, this type die increases the efficiency of threading and improves its precision. Due to the strength of WS steel, die are resistant to a variety of mechanical damage caused during the machining of hard materials (unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys).
