Die M22 for manual and machine threading
High-quality M22 x2,5 WS threading dies, circular, NHMa type, complying with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568, the tolerance class of the threads made is 6g. Designed for cutting external metric ordinary threads of nominal diameter M22. Proper thread cutting takes place already in one working pass, after less than two turns - 1,75P. Die the metric threads in the offer of our store are produced from modern steel marked WS. This is a steel with very good cutting properties. Tools made from it are resistant to harsh machining conditions, insensitive to impact and lateral forces. The die offered by us are very hard and durable. They maintain high resistance to mechanical damage caused during machining of hard and difficult-to-machine materials. They are suitable for threading parts made of unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and plastics.
