Die M22 left for hand and machine threading
M22 x2,5 HSS round chisel for threading, metric, NHMa type. It is designed for making external metric ordinary threads - left-hand (LH). Its design is in accordance with DIN 22 568, the tolerance class of the threads made is 6g, and the nominal diameter of the threads cut is M22. The metric threads offered in our store die are suitable for manual and machine threading. They were produced from modern HSS steel, which increases the strength of the blades to withstand harsh working conditions, and also allows to increase the efficiency of machining. In addition, die metric of this type are extremely resistant to any mechanical damage caused during the processing of hard and hard-to-machine materials. Blade chipping, cracking, breaking out and dulling are rare. Such high cutting properties make die suitable for machining hardened plastics, metals, metal alloys, non-ferrous metals and unalloyed steels (P1.2 - P1.3).
