Hand reamer 40 H7 NRTh fixed shankreamer for cylindrical holes. It is used for finishing cylindrical holes in H7 tolerance. It is designed to ensure the exact dimension of the diameter of the machined hole.
Modern hand reamer 40 H7 NRTh, with a diameter of 40 mm, complying with the dimensional standard DIN 206. It is a hand reamer having a square collector designed for knobs. It is used to perform finishing operations in H7 tolerance. Its task is to adjust the size of cylindrical holes to the corresponding predetermined parameters (diameter, roughness, tolerance). Our 40 H7 hand reamers are made by a Polish manufacturer in accordance with DIN 206, from high-quality HSS high-speed steel. This is a steel with improved parameters for better cutting quality. Thanks to the properties of HSS steel, reamers are more durable and hard, and more resistant to harsh cutting conditions, as well as resistant to potential mechanical damage (breakage, cracking, chipping, chipping). This allows not only more comfortable machining, but also longer tool life.
