Handreamer 27 H7 NRTh handreamer fixed mandrel for cylindrical holes. It is used for finishing cylindrical holes in H7 tolerance. It is designed to ensure the exact dimension of the diameter of the hole to be machined.
High quality 27 H7 manual reamer for performing finishing machining of cylindrical holes. The reamer is of Polish production, made in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 206 from special high-alloy HSS (High Speed Steel). Reamers are used to perform manual machining in H7 tolerance. Their task is to ensure the ideal hole dimension, as well as to obtain the appropriate roughness of the machined surface - according to the previously adopted assumptions. Hand reamers 27 H7 are characterized by increased resistance to severe cutting conditions and at the same time greater resistance to abrasion under the influence of increased temperature. They are suitable for machining workpieces made of unalloyed (carbon) steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and other hard materials of the P1.2 class - P1.3.
