Handreamer 32 H7 NRTh handreamer fixed mandrel for cylindrical holes. It is used for finishing cylindrical holes in H7 tolerance. It is designed to ensure the exact dimension of the diameter of the hole to be machined.
Professional hand reamer 32 H7 fixed shank reamer with cylindrical shank is designed for hand machining with a suitable knob. It is a reamer with a diameter of 32 mm, type NRTh, made according to DIN 206 from specialized high-grade HSS. The 32 H7 hand re amer is designed for machining hard materials of grades P1. 2 - P1.3 (carbon steels, automatic steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, thermo- and chemically-cured plastics, metal alloys). It is designed to carry out finishing operations with high precision. The task of the reamer is to adjust the size of the hole to pre-set parameters (diameter, roughness and tolerance). The reamer is distinguished by increased resistance to very heavy cutting conditions, greater resistance to possible mechanical damage, as well as increased resistance to abrasion. These properties of the tools guarantee their long service life.
