Handreamer 44 H7 NRTh handreamer fixed mandrel for cylindrical holes. It is used for finishing cylindrical holes in H7 tolerance. It is designed to ensure the exact dimension of the diameter of the hole to be machined.
Professional hand reamer 44 H7 NRTh, with a diameter of 44 mm, having a square collector - designed for corresponding knobs. The reamer is made by a Polish manufacturer, in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 206, from special HSS (High Speed Steel). This type of steel is distinguished by enhanced technical properties. This is primarily increased resistance to heavy cutting conditions, increased abrasion resistance and also resistance to any mechanical damage (fractures, cracks). Hand reamers 44 H7 offered in our store are recommended for performing finishing in H7 tolerance. Their task is to adjust the parameters of the machined hole to the previously set criteria. Reamers are suitable for manual machining of hard materials of P1.2 - P1.3 class (unalloyed steels, automatic steels, metals, copper, aluminum, non-ferrous metal alloys).
