Professional M52 x5 WS threading dies, round, NHMa type. Designed for making external ordinary metric threads, on parts made of unalloyed steel, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and plastics. We offer you high quality die M52, made in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568, using special WS steel. Thanks to the properties of this steel, our die are characterized by increased resistance to abrasion, as well as to the effects of high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C) arising during high-speed threading. In addition, die are resistant to mechanical damage caused during machining of hard materials (metals, carbon steels, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, plastics). The blades of the dies are resistant to fracture, cracking, chipping and other damage, which significantly extends their service life. Thanks to WS steel , it is possible to reduce the cost of machining and increase the service life of the dies.
