Modern M7 x1 HSS threading dies, round, metric, designed for manual and machine threading of hard and hard-to-machine materials of P1.2 class - P1.3. Made of special HSS 800 steel, which guarantees easy processing of hard unalloyed steels with toughness up to 800 MPa, as well as metals, unalloyed steels, non-ferrous metals, plastics. Offered by us die M7 LH are suitable for cutting external metric ordinary threads, left-hand LH, with a nominal diameter of M7. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g, and complete threading is carried out in the first working pass after less than two coils - 1.75P. Die made of HSS are extremely resistant to heavy cutting conditions, and above all to high temperatures. In addition, they are resistant to abrasion, fracture, breakage, dulling, chipping and other types of mechanical damage. This is a feature that increases the usability of the dies and, above all, extends their service life.
