Ø17.5 Inox cobalt drill bit for metal
17.5 mm cobalt drill bit for metal HSSE Inox. A modern NWKa, DIN 338 twist drill with a straight shank. Suitable for drilling through holes and blind holes in very hard and difficult-to-machine materials. The drills offered are manufactured from special HSSE cobalt high-speed steel, with the addition of 5% cobalt increasing drill hardness and abrasion resistance. The cutting edge withstands the high temperatures (up to 670°C) generated during high-speed cutting. The ability to increase cutting efficiency significantly reduces machining time. The cutting edges also resist breakage, cracking, chipping, and dulling. Cobalt high-speed steel drills are considerably more durable than drills made from conventional tool steel and are therefore recommended for all professional drilling work in large metalworking shops. 17.5 mm cobalt drill bit for metal is recommended for drilling machines, lathes, milling machines, and CNC machine tools.
