Modern long drill for metal fi 7,7 with cylindrical chuck designed for professional drilling of through-holes and blind holes in very hard and hard-to-machine materials of P1.2 - P1.3 class (metals, plastics, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, non-alloy steels). The long metal drill fi 7.7 has an apex angle of 118 degrees, 2 central blades and ground spiral cutting edges and special grooves for fast discharge of cut chips up the hole. Our drills are manufactured according to the NWKb, DIN 340 dimensional standard from modern HSS - High Speed Steel. It is a steel characterized by much higher cutting parameters. Thanks to it, it is possible to improve the efficiency and accuracy of machining, as well as to allow drilling holes in very harsh conditions (even at high temperatures up to 600 degrees C). The drill bit is resistant to breaking, cracking, chipping and other mechanical damage. It is designed for milling machines, lathes and conventional drills as well as modern computer-controlled numerical control machine tools.
