Professional long drill bit for metal fi 18,75 cylindrical, made in accordance with NWKb, DIN 340 designed for industrial use in making deep through-holes and blind holes. Drills of this type are produced from special molybdenum HSS and are characterized by a specific geometric structure. Thanks to this, long drills for metal fi 18,75 allow high-performance and very accurate machining. The holes made are axial along their entire length and have low roughness. In addition, they are resistant to harsh cutting conditions, including very high temperatures generated during high-speed cutting. The drill blades are insensitive to fractures, cracks, breakage and even dulling. It is possible to extend the life of the drills and reduce the machining time of individual workpieces, which affects the possibility of reducing overall machining costs. The drills are recommended for various types of conventional and CNC - computer numerical control machine tools.
