Long drill bitfor metal fi 3,2 made by grinding method entirely from modern HSS high-speed steel. It is a steel characterized by high cutting properties, which affect better drilling results. The long metal drills we offer fi 3,2 cylindrical are made in accordance with the dimensional standard NWKb, DIN 340. They have special grooves for fast removal of chips from the drilled hole, a tip angle of 118 degrees, two central blades and strong ground cutting edges insensitive to impact and lateral forces. The drills enable high-performance and highly accurate drilling. The holes produced are axial along the entire length and have low roughness. The drill blades are resistant to the high temperatures generated when drilling at very high speeds and rarely suffer mechanical damage. They are suitable for machining hard carbon steels, metals, metal alloys and plastics. Recommended for conventional drilling machines , lathes, milling machines and modern CNC - computer numerical control automatic machines.
