High-quality long drill bit for metal 8,4 cylindrical, extended with a diameter of 8,4 mm, complying with the dimensional standard NWKb, DIN 340. It has 2 central blades, special grooves for removing chips from the drilled hole, a tip angle of 118 degrees and strong cutting edges. Long drills for metal 8,4 included in the offer of our store are dedicated mainly to large locksmith stores, where very precise and high-performance drilling is required. Our drills are manufactured from modern HSS (High Speed Steel). This is a steel that allows for increased drilling speed, during which a high temperature is generated (up to 600 degrees C). The drill blades are resistant to breakage, cracking and other mechanical damage. This allows for a longer service life and thus the possibility of reducing machining costs. The drills are suitable for conventional CNC numerical control machine tools.
