Long drill bit for metal fi 7,1

High-quality long drill bit for metal 7,1 with smooth cylindrical chuck made according to the NWKb, DIN 340 dimensional standard. It has an apex angle of 118 degrees, strong ground cutting edges, two specially ground blades and special chip grooves, responsible for the removal of chips up the drilled hole. The 7.1 long metal drill bits we offer are made of modern HSS (High Speed Steel). This is a steel characterized by very good cutting properties. Drills made of this steel are resistant to harsh cutting conditions and resistant to any mechanical damage such as fractures, cracks, chipping, breakage and others. In addition, HSS drills allow drilling at high speeds, during which high temperatures are generated (up to 600 degrees C). The offered drills are designed for P1.2 - P1.3 grade materials, including unalloyed steels, metals, metal alloys, copper, aluminum and plastics. They can be used with conventional drills, milling machines, lathes and CNC numerical control machine tools.
