Countersink Ø35 mm 90° DIN 335 C HSS is a robust cutting tool designed for making countersinks for countersunk screws and for precise edge chamfering. Made from HSS high-speed steel in accordance with DIN 335 C, the tool provides durability, dimensional repeatability, and high machining quality at standard cutting parameters.
Thanks to a geometry based on three cutting edges, Ø35 mm 90° countersink offers stable operation and uniform cutting even at a large diameter. Reduced vibration directly increases productivity and reduces the frequency of tool replacement.
As a countersink for metal, performs well when machining structural steels, cast iron, and nonferrous metals and – with suitable cutting parameters and cooling – as Ø35 mm 90° countersink for stainless steel. High-quality cutting surface ensures neat, smooth, burr-free countersinks.
