Professional machine tapping threader for cutting metric fine threads, size M11x0,75. The machine tapping threader M11x0,75 offered by us is manufactured in accordance with DIN 374. It has an angle of 60 degrees, straight grooves, nut B - for through-holes and blind holes. The tolerance class of the threads made ISO2-6H. Machine taps of this type are designed for industrial work in large production plants. They are distinguished by their high resistance to difficult cutting conditions, they are very hard, durable and resistant to abrasion even when exposed to high temperatures - up to 600 degrees C. A special HSSE high-speed steel is used in their production, with the addition of about 5% cobalt. The improved composition of the steel significantly hardens the taps and increases their cutting parameters. The blades of the tools are resistant to any mechanical damage, which affects the longer service life. Machine taps M11x0,75 are designed for machining alloy steels, stainless steel, acid- and heat-resistant steel, cast steel, cast iron.
