Professional M4 x0,7 HSS threading dies, round for cutting external metric ordinary, left-hand LH, nominal diameter M4. These are die type NHMa, VIS, manufactured according to the dimensional standard DIN 22 568 from special HSS - High Speed Steel. Proper thread cutting occurs already in the first working pass die. The tolerance class of the made threads is 6g. Offered by us die metric threads are extremely resistant to very heavy cutting conditions. Thanks to the properties of high-speed steel, the tools are characterized by increased hardness and wear resistance. They are resistant to wet to very high temperatures created when threading at high speed. In addition, the die offered by us are resistant to potential damage to the blade during cutting (cracking, blunting, chipping, chipping). This affects the longer life of the dies and lower cost of machining.
