High quality M39 x4 WS threading dies, round NHMa, for cutting external metric ordinary threads of M39 diameter, left-hand - LH. Offered die are manufactured according to DIN 22 568 from special WS steel. Thanks to its properties they are suitable for both manual and machine threading. They are dedicated not only to individual customers, but also to large production plants for multi-series processing. Die metric of this type are resistant to very difficult working conditions. Among other things, they are resistant to abrasion and high temperatures generated during high-speed machining. In addition, the blades of the dies are resistant to all mechanical damage, including cracking, chipping, breaking off, dulling. These advantages increase tool life and reduce overall machining costs. Die they are suitable for cutting threads on parts made of unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and plastics.
