Machine tapping M10 HSSE-PM powder coated for blind holes
Professional M10 torsion tapping machine threader for blind holes of general purpose for cutting ordinary metric threads in nuts. Thread type M, diameter 10 mm, angle 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13, in accordance with DIN 376/40. Designed for threading blind holes in materials giving short chip (C nut). The most important advantage of the offered tapping tool is the special cobalt HSSE high-speed steel. The addition of 5% cobalt improves the properties of the threader, first of all, it significantly increases the machining efficiency and increases the resistance of the blade to severe cutting conditions (including temperatures up to 670 degrees C). Thanks to the higher machining efficiency, it is possible to thread more parts (nuts) at the same time, which justifies its use both technically and economically. M10 torsion machine threader is suitable for threading heat-resistant steel, acid-resistant steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, cast steel, drawn and gray iron, non-ferrous metals, aluminum alloys.
