M10 through machine threader for stainless steel
High-quality professional M10 straight-through machine taps - for through-holes, general purpose, with reinforced shank, for machine cutting of metric ordinary threads, type M, 10 mm, with an angle of 60 degrees, nut C (2-3 P), ISO DIN-13. It is suitable for threading through-holes and blind holes in materials giving short chips. Its design is in accordance with the class marked with the symbol of DIN 371. The threader we offer guarantees high machining productivity on conventional machine tools with standard cutting speeds. This increased productivity lowers the cost of operating the bench and reduces the labor intensity of machining. The thread cutter is also characterized by exceptional resistance to severe cutting conditions (high temperature) and thus increased tool life and long service life. The thread cutter is suitable for cutting threads in parts made of hard and hard-to-machine materials such as alloy steels, acid-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel, cast steel, cast iron. The properties of the thread cutter are the result of the use of special cobalt HSSE high-speed steel for its production.
