M10 HSSE-PM powder-coated machine tapping for through holes
Specialized general-purpose taps with reinforced shank for machine-cutting of ordinary metric threads type M, diameter 10 mm, with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. Tapping cap type B (2-3 P) for through holes in materials giving short chips. The threader is manufactured in accordance with DIN 371 from modern high-grade cobalt HSSE high-speed steel. This unique material makes it possible to significantly increase the cutting capacity, making it possible to produce more threads in the same amount of time. In addition, its blade is extremely rarely subject to any mechanical damage such as breaking, cracking, chipping, breaking out, dulling. The thread cutter is resistant even to very high temperatures arising during threading (up to 670 degrees C), and also guarantees high accuracy in machining. It is suitable for threading parts made of alloy steels, heat-resistant steels, acid-resistant steels, stainless steels, cast iron, cast steel, metal alloys, non-ferrous metals.
