M10 HSSE-PM powder coated machine tapping for blind holes
High-quality machine taps with through-hole shank, general purpose for cutting metric threads, ISO DIN-13, type M diameter 10 mm, with an angle of 60 degrees. Tolerance class of made threads according to ISO 2 (6H). The thread cutter is made according to DIN 376/40 from high-alloy HSSE high-speed steel with cobalt. In addition, the blade is coated with a special TiN layer. This unique composition makes it possible to achieve better cutting parameters and, above all, higher machining efficiency. Thanks to the threader's resistance to harsh working conditions and high temperatures, it is possible to significantly increase the cutting speed and, as a result, also shorten the machining time and thus reduce labor costs. The metric machine threaders we offer are extremely resistant to any mechanical damage to the blades, including breakage, cracking, chipping, chipping. The machine threaders in question are suitable for machining extremely hard and hard-to-machine materials: steel, cast iron, alloy steels, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, acid-resistant steel.
