Machine tapping M8 HSSE-PM powder-coated for through holes
Professional general-purpose tapping machine, with reinforced shank, for cutting ordinary metric threads type M, diameter 8 mm, type of nut B, tolerance field ISO DIN-2, nut angle 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. The tapping machine is designed for making through holes and blind holes (for nuts). It is made in accordance with the standard marked DIN 371 from special cobalt HSSE high-speed steel. It is a tool steel with exceptional properties. Noteworthy among them are high machining efficiency, reduced working time and, as a result, more economical use of workstations. HSSE steel also results in higher threading precision and also increases the resistance of the thread cutter blade to harsh cutting conditions, including high temperatures. Another important advantage of the threader is the special TiN (titanium nitride) wear-resistant coating, which results in a low friction coefficient.
