It is designed for machining hard-to-machine materials such as alloy steels, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel, cast steel, cast iron, metal sinters, non-ferrous metals. The high performance of the threader is due to the use of high-grade HSSE high-speed steel with 5% cobalt in its production. This unique material affects a significant increase in cutting efficiency, which in practice allows to reduce the machining time of a single workpiece. Cobalt steel also increases the resistance of the blade to possible mechanical damage caused by harsh working conditions (fractures, cracks, chipping). Thanks to these features, the threader can be used for a very long time.
