Professional M10 machine tap for stainless steel for cutting standard coarse metric threads, type M, with a nominal diameter of 10 mm. This tap complies with the ISO 529 dimensional standard and has a form D chamfer. It is manufactured from specialized high-alloy HSSE high-speed steel with approximately 5% cobalt. M10 machine tap for blind and through holes is intended for both individual customers and large industrial plants for high-productivity, high-volume machining. These metric machine taps offer above-average resistance to demanding cutting conditions and increased resistance to potential mechanical damage. The taps are suitable for cutting components made of very hard and difficult-to-machine alloy steels, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel, gray, malleable, and ductile cast iron, as well as alloy and unalloyed steels.
