Modern M6 HSSE-PM torsion blind machine threader - for through holes, general purpose machine threader with reinforced shank. It is suitable for making metric ordinary threads type M, diameter 10 mm, with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. Type of cut C (2 - 3)P. It can be used to thread various lengths of through holes in materials giving short chips. The tapping tool is manufactured from special HSS high-speed steel. The properties of the steel translate directly into high cutting performance even in very hard and hard-to-machine materials such as ordinary steels, unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, thermoplastics. The advantage of the tapping machine is also the high resistance of the blade to possible mechanical damage (breaking, cracking, breaking, blunting, chipping) and at the same time the possibility of high precision machining.
