It was manufactured in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568 from special high-alloy HSS - High Speed Steel. This type of tool steel is characterized by very high cutting properties. Die metric produced from this steel are more hard and durable. They are characterized by high resistance to impact and lateral forces, as well as high resistance to any mechanical damage. The blades of the dies are rarely subject to breakage, cracking, chipping and even rapid blunting. This prolongs the time of use of the tools and, as a result, makes it possible to significantly reduce the cost of machining. Die they are designed for threading parts made of unalloyed steel, metals, metal alloys and plastics.
