M8 machine threader for stainless steel, straight
Modern M8 machine taps blind through straight for cutting ordinary metric threads type M8 mm. Thread angle 60 degrees, 35 degrees of blade twist, tolerance field ISO2-6H, ISO DIN-13. The tapping machine is made according to DIN 376 from modern HSSE high-speed steel. Its use significantly increases productivity and cutting speed and thus allows to significantly reduce the machining time of individual parts. Another advantage of M8 machine taps for stainless steel is their high resistance to harsh working conditions. Our metric machine threaders have blades that are resistant to various types of breakage, cracking, breaking, chipping and dulling. These advantages make their use advantageous not only for technical but also for economic reasons. The offered threaders provide a very long service life.
