Machine tapping M5 Inox through threader for tapping machine
High quality M5 through machine tapping DIN 371 with reinforced shank for professional machining on conventional machine tools. Designed for threading various lengths of through holes in materials giving short chips (B-shape). Suitable for making ordinary metric threads type M, diameter 5 mm, with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. Made in accordance with DIN 371, tolerance field of the threads made ISO2(6H). It is characterized by high cutting efficiency, so that it is possible to significantly reduce cutting time and decrease labor intensity. The thread cutter is produced from special cobalt HSSE high-speed steel, the properties of which greatly expand the catalog of materials for machining. These include very hard and hard-to-machine raw materials such as stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, acid-resistant steel, cast steel, gray and drawn iron, metal sinters and hard metal alloys. The tapping machine also allows for high-precision cutting while withstanding harsh working conditions. Its blade is rarely subject to possible mechanical damage during cutting.
