High-quality M7 straight through machine taps with reinforced shank for cutting ordinary metric threads. Threading is done on conventional machine tools and standard speed. It can be used to cut M-type threads, with a section of 7 mm, with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13, type B (3-5 P) - for through-holes and blind holes in materials that give short chips. M7 machine tapping for steel meets the standards described by DIN 371, tolerance field ISO2-6H. It is designed for machining hard materials included in the category P1.2. - P1.3. These are mainly ordinary steels, automatic steels, unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, plastics. A special HSS high-speed steel was used in the production of the tapping tool, which increases the cutting performance, improves accuracy, and at the same time significantly increases the resistance of the blade to harsh cutting conditions. Thanks to its properties, the threader has a very long service life.
