Hand taps M7x0,5 left
Hand taps M7x0,5 left fine thread HSS for cutting left-hand threads. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6H. M7x0.5 left hand taps are sold in a set of two pieces: No. 1 with an 8P cutter and No. 2 with a 2P cutter. Thread cutting is carried out in two consecutive working steps and the allowance of the cut material is appropriately divided between the two tools. The M7x0.5 left hand taps we offer are manufactured in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 529 from modern high-alloy HSS - High Speed Steel. It is a steel with increased strength for heavy cutting conditions, as well as with increased resistance to all mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping, chipping). The use of HSS affects higher machining efficiency and also higher cutting accuracy. The tolerance field of the threads made is ISO2 - 6H. They are designed for machining materials of P1.2 - P1.3 category (metals, unalloyed steels, aluminum, copper, bronze, brass and plastics).
