High-qualitymachine reamer 33 H7, finishing reamer with Morse taper shank with a diameter of 33 mm, in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 208. It is a shank reamer on Morse taper designed for finishing in increased tolerance H7 - without additional tool guidance. It is used to remove a very thin layer of allowance material, in order to achieve perfect accuracy of hole dimension and shape. Machine reamers 33 H7 offered to you in our store are suitable for machining very hard and hard-to-machine materials of P1.2 - P1.3. class These include unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals and hardened plastics. The offered reamers are made of special HSS (High Speed Steel), the properties of which contribute to higher resistance to severe cutting conditions, greater resistance to abrasion and other mechanical damage, as well as longer service life. They are suitable for conventional and computer numerical control machine tools.
