Machine reamer for metal 26 H7
Professional machine reamer 26 H7 NRTc with a diameter of 26 mm, for professional finishing of cylindrical holes, in H7 tolerance. It is a shank reamer on a Morse taper, conforming to the DIN 208 dimensional standard. It is designed for the final machining of through-hole and blind cylindrical formations. It has a torsional chip flute. The purpose of the reamer is to ensure very high machining accuracy and improve the parameters of the hole after drilling. Finishing reamer is used to enlarge the hole, ensure its exact dimension, reduce roughness on the surface of the machined hole and also to improve roughness. NRTc reamer is used for machining holes using conventional machine tools (lathes and milling machines) as well as modern CNC computer-controlled machine tools. Machine reamers 26 H7 NRTc are made of special HSS high-speed steel. It is a steel that allows machining of parts made of unalloyed steels, automatic steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and plastics.
