Machine reamer for metal 10 H7
Professionalmachine reamer 10 H7 , finisher with Morse taper shank NRTc, with a diameter of 10 mm, in accordance with DIN 208. It is a high-quality shank reamer on Morse taper. It is suitable for final, finishing machining of cylindrical, through-holes and blind holes. It is a multi-flute tool with chip grooves. Machine reamers 10 H7 found in our store are made of special HSS (High Speed Steel). They are designed for cutting the allowance of material on the surface of holes previously made with a drill. Their task is to ensure the exact dimension of the diameter of the machined hole and the lowest possible surface roughness. With these reamers, a clean and accurate hole is achieved. The tools are suitable for conventional and CNC computer-controlled machine tools. HSS high-speed steel makes it possible to machine very hard and hard-to-machine materials of grade P1.2 - P1.3. These include unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and plastics. The advantage of reamers is long service life and reduced risk of blade damage during machining.
