Machine reamer for metal 16 H7
Professional 16 H7 NRTc machine reamer for machine machining of cylindrical holes. It is an arbor finishing reamer, with torsion chip grooves, with Morse taper shank. It is designed for machining through-holes and blind holes, in H7 tolerance, without the need for additional tool guidance. It is made in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 207, and has a working diameter of 16 mm. Machine reamers 16 H7 offered to you in our store are suitable for enlarging the diameter of holes, improving the quality of machining, bringing out the axes of holes and correcting their geometry, as well as leveling any irregularities on the surface. Reamers of this type are suitable for conventional machine tools and modern CNC numerical control machines. They are made entirely of HSS high-speed steel, thanks to which they are distinguished by better cutting properties and greater resistance to possible mechanical damage. They can be used for machining holes made in unalloyed steels, metals, metal alloys and plastics.
