Machine reamer for metal 42 H7
High-quality machine reamer 42 H7, Morse taper shank finisher, type NRTc, with a nominal diameter of 42 mm, in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 208. It is an arbor reamer, with Morse taper shank, recommended for machining cylindrical holes, in increased tolerance H7, without the need to guide the tool. The reamer we offer has torsion chip grooves, which allow machining of through-holes and blind holes. The 42 H7 NRTc machine reamers are designed for finishing holes, improving hole roughness, guiding out hole axes and also for ensuring accurate hole shape. The reamers in our store are made of special HSS (High Speed Steel). This is a steel with exceptional cutting properties, allowing high speed cutting. Reamers are suitable for machining workpieces made of unalloyed steel, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and other hard materials of P1.2 class - P1.3.
