Machine reamer for metal 44 H7
Modern machine reamer 44 H7 finisher on Morse taper, type NRTc with a section of 44 mm, recommended for final machining of cylindrical, through and blind holes. It is an arbor reamer on a Morse taper, made in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 208. It is suitable for machining requiring a higher tolerance class - H7, and has torsion chip grooves.... The reamers we offer are used for the final finishing of the hole. Their task is to correct errors in the shape and dimension of the machined hole and ensure the lowest possible roughness of its surface. Machine reamers 44 H7 NRTc are made of special HSS (High Speed Steel). Thanks to its properties, the reamers are very hard and durable, as well as resistant to any mechanical damage. They are suitable for machining workpieces made of unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, as well as thermosetting plastics.
