Machine reamer for metal 37 H7

Machinereamer 37 H7 , finishing reamer with Morse taper shank NRTc, with a diameter of 37 mm, designed for finishing cylindrical holes. This is a finishing reamer with Morse taper shank. Working diameter 37 mm, chip grooves. It is made in accordance with DIN 208, from special HSS high-speed steel. It is designed for finishing a hole to a finished finish. Used to enlarge the diameter of the hole, to bring out the axes, to level unevenness on the surface and also to increase the smoothness of the machined surface. Machine reamers 37 H7 of this type used for machining in H7 tolerance without additional tool guidance. Thanks to the properties of high-speed steel, they are suitable for machining holes in parts made of unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and plastics. They can be used for conventional and CNC computer-controlled machine tools.
