Modern 28 H7machine reamer , finishing reamer with Morse taper shank NRTc, working diameter 28 mm, designed for final machining of cylindrical, through and blind holes. It is made according to the DIN 208 dimensional standard, from modern high speed steel HSS - High Speed Steel. It is an arbor reamer on a Morse taper for end-machining in increased tolerance H7. It is suitable for machining through-holes and blind holes. After their use, the hole parameters are in accordance with the design requirements. The reamer is used to achieve high dimensional accuracy and appropriate surface roughness. Thanks to it, it is also possible to lead out the hole axis and achieve perfect smoothness of the hole surface. The properties of high-speed steel affect the greater use of tools. The 28 H7 machine reamers we offer are suitable for machining unalloyed steel, metals, nonferrous metals, plastics. They can be used on both conventional and CNC machine tools.
