Machine reamer for metal 19 H7
High-quality machine reamer 19 H7 NRTc, size 19 mm, in accordance with DIN 208. It is a professional mandrel finishing reamer, on a Morse taper, with torsion chip grooves. It is designed for machining cylindrical holes, through-holes and blind holes, in increased tolerance H7, without the need for additional tool guidance. The reamers in our offer are suitable for finishing workpieces made of unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and plastics. They are designed to enlarge the diameter of holes, improve their shape and roughness, as well as to bring out the axis of the hole and reduce unevenness. The 19 H7 machine reamers are made of special HSS (High Speed Steel). It makes the reamers more resistant to harsh cutting conditions and more resistant to potential mechanical damage. They are suitable for conventional milling and turning machines, as well as CNC machines.
